Each villa has four bedrooms and four bathrooms, with built areas of about 455 m² and terraces of 157 to 162 m². The plots range from 500 to 678 m², so the main differences between villas are plot size and price rather than layout.
The villas are arranged over a basement, a ground floor, a first floor and a rooftop solarium of about 107 m², connected by a lift. The ground floor holds the living and dining area, one bedroom, a porch and a terrace. The master suite and two further bedrooms are on the first floor. The basement includes a garage, a gym, a sauna, a game room, a laundry and technical rooms.
The kitchens are fully equipped and the bedrooms have fitted wardrobes with en-suite bathrooms. Underfloor heating runs throughout the house, and air conditioning is independent in each room. The project images show a private swimming pool for each villa.
The project is close to Santa Clara Golf, Marbella Golf Country Club, Cabopino Golf and Calanova Golf Club, and to the beaches of Real de Zaragoza, Alicate and Cabopino. Puente Romano, the Marbella Club Hotel and El Corte Inglés Marbella are also nearby. Approximate travel times are 10 minutes to Marbella, 19 to Puerto Banús, 30 to Estepona and 35 to Málaga Airport.
The furniture in the plans is shown for guidance and dimensions may be adjusted during construction. With almost identical layouts, the choice between villas comes down mainly to plot size and price.
Delivery is scheduled for Q2 2028.

€50,000 reservation → 30% + VAT upon receipt of the construction licence → 20% + VAT structure payment → 50% + VAT upon key delivery.
