The development brings together 72 homes across ground, first, second and top floors, all facing south or southwest, many with sea views. Ground-floor homes have a garden and the penthouses have wide terraces. Every home has at least one parking space and a storage room.
The communal areas include an outdoor adult swimming pool with night lighting, an equipped gym and a social-gourmet room with wifi and restrooms.
