The complex is made up of nine residential blocks arranged across three levels: ground-floor homes with private gardens, mid-floor apartments and penthouses with sea views. Each block is integrated into the landscape, following the natural slopes of the terrain, with a contemporary Mediterranean-inspired design.
The homes are spacious and bright, open to the landscape, with the Doña Julia Golf course as their main view. Natural textures and warm tones complete interiors designed for the southern light.
Communal areas include a sea-view pool open all year round, a lap pool, a gym with modern equipment and yoga and relaxation areas, conceived as an extension of the home.

Casares and Manilva sit at the quiet western edge of the Costa del Sol, where Málaga province meets Cádiz.
