Designed to combine contemporary architecture with a strong connection to the surrounding landscape, the homes feature spacious interiors, large windows and generous outdoor areas. The payment structure includes an €11,000 reservation deposit, followed by 30% plus VAT upon signing the private purchase contract. A further 10% plus VAT is payable nine months after construction begins, another 10% plus VAT eighteen months after construction begins, and the remaining 50% plus VAT is due upon completion and handover.
