Manilva is the last municipality in Málaga province before Cádiz, with La Duquesa marina, Sabinillas and the beach at La Chullera. We list a small number of apartments and penthouses here, mostly around the marina and in Bahía de las Rocas, and we send buyers here when the brief is beachfront at the lowest price on the coast.
Manilva had 18,818 residents in 2024 from 93 nationalities, and average asking prices in 2026 run between 3,409 and 3,584 euros per square metre, the lowest of any municipality we cover. La Duquesa is the marina and the apartments around it; Sabinillas is the Spanish town with the Sunday market; La Chullera is the quiet beach towards Sotogrande. Gibraltar airport is 25 to 35 minutes, Estepona 15 to 25.
