A bespoke machine room by Proinsermant sits behind all of it, suggesting the mechanical systems were specified with as much care as the visible finishes.

On the main floor, an open-plan layout connects living, dining and kitchen around a fireplace, opening through wide glazing to covered and uncovered terraces, a barbecue area and the garden. The bedroom floor above takes the best of the sea views, reached by a lift that serves every level along with a rooftop solarium.

Marbella Hill Club sits just below La Concha mountain, a few minutes from the Golden Mile, Puerto Banús and central Marbella, with the golf courses and international schools of Nueva Andalucía close by too.

The trade-off is straightforward: putting a full wellness floor downstairs means one fewer bedroom is on a living level. Families who need every bedroom upstairs should check the floor plan carefully, but for anyone who wants a pool usable in January as much as August, that's the point of the design.
