Andara 2 is a plot with an approved design, not yet built: 2,335 m2 in Nagüeles, the residential enclave that sits just above Marbella's Golden Mile, with the architecture already resolved by Archidom Studio and the interiors by Vasco Trigo.

The project sets out a south-facing villa of 1,300 m2 built, with seven bedrooms, nine bathrooms and three guest toilets: enough scale to hold family, guests and staff on separate footing. Natural materials run through the design, which opens onto 597 m2 of terraces, a private pool and a generous garden.

Nagüeles has held its residential character for decades: quiet streets, mature gardens and a position halfway between Marbella town and Puerto Banús. The Golden Mile's beaches and restaurants are minutes away, and the international schools along this stretch of coast are within easy reach.

Buying a resolved project rather than a blank plot removes a real layer of risk and delay: the design decisions that usually consume the first year of a build are already made, by named studios.

What comes with that is time: the house does not exist yet, so a buyer is acquiring the land and the plan together, and should budget for the construction period before moving in, with the compensation of being able to adjust finishes as the build progresses.
