Description

A few steps separate this apartment from the beach, set inside the gardens of the Puente Romano resort on Marbella's Golden Mile. Drago 2-2 has 136 m2 built, three bedrooms, three bathrooms and a 20 m2 terrace.

Living, dining and kitchen connect in one open space that works for quiet evenings and for having people over. The kitchen has high-end appliances and proper storage, and the living area opens directly onto the terrace, which looks over the community gardens.

All three bedrooms have their own en-suite bathroom, so the apartment suits three couples sharing as easily as a family with children; the master also opens onto the terrace.

The resort setting does most of the work here: landscaped gardens, a quiet pool area, and Puente Romano's restaurants, promenade and tennis club all within a short walk, with Marbella centre and Puerto Banus reachable on foot along the seafront. One parking space is included.

No community fee figures are published for this apartment; they are available on request rather than fixed in the listing, which is worth confirming before an offer. What is certain is the walk to the beach and the marina, and a building maintained to resort standard rather than left to a management company on paper only.

Location

Marina Puente Romano, Marbella Golden Mile

The Golden Mile is the stretch of coast between the western edge of Marbella's old town and Puerto Banús, about six kilometres along the Bulevar Príncipe Alfonso von Hohenlohe, with the beach on one side and the foothills of La Concha on the other. It got its name from the hotels and villas built along it after the Marbella Club opened in 1954, and the name has stuck to both sides of the road: the beachfront estates and the hillside urbanisations above them are all "Golden Mile" to an estate agent.

It is the most expensive address in southern Spain. Asking prices here are close to 7,000 euros per square metre on average in 2026, the highest in Marbella, and the best beachfront apartments and hillside villas trade well above that. Our own listings on the Golden Mile are mostly villas in Rocío de Nagüeles, Sierra Blanca and Cascada de…
