Description

Apartment Aura 7 is a renovated three-bedroom apartment in Jardín Japonés, within the Puente Romano resort area on Marbella's Golden Mile. Its 48 m² terrace looks over the Japanese-style gardens and communal swimming pool.

The apartment is arranged on one level. An open kitchen connects with the dining and living areas, with custom oak cabinetry and integrated Gaggenau appliances. Large glass doors lead from the main sitting room directly onto the terrace, keeping the outdoor space close to everyday living.

Each of the three bedrooms has its own bathroom. This gives visiting guests separate facilities without relying on a shared family bathroom. Renovated in 2023, it has 188 m² of interior space, separate from the terrace.

The terrace provides room for outdoor dining and sitting, with views towards the landscaped grounds rather than a private garden. The apartment faces southeast. One parking space and a private storage room are included.

The community has 24-hour security and established planting around the shared pool. The location gives access to Puente Romano's restaurants, the beach and the Golden Mile promenade, while central Marbella and Puerto Banús are reached along the coast.

Running costs: community fees €648 per month, IBI €1,919 per year and rubbish tax €93 per year.

The setting is part of an active resort area, not a detached villa estate. Buyers gain a one-level layout and access to the surrounding services, but the garden and pool are shared rather than private.

Location

Marbella Golden Mile

The Golden Mile is the stretch of coast between the western edge of Marbella's old town and Puerto Banús, about six kilometres along the Bulevar Príncipe Alfonso von Hohenlohe, with the beach on one side and the foothills of La Concha on the other. It got its name from the hotels and villas built along it after the Marbella Club opened in 1954, and the name has stuck to both sides of the road: the beachfront estates and the hillside urbanisations above them are all "Golden Mile" to an estate agent.

It is the most expensive address in southern Spain. Asking prices here are close to 7,000 euros per square metre on average in 2026, the highest in Marbella, and the best beachfront apartments and hillside villas trade well above that. Our own listings on the Golden Mile are mostly villas in Rocío de Nagüeles, Sierra Blanca and Cascada de…
