Buying in Mijas Costa

Mijas is one of the fastest growing municipalities in Spain, with 95,104 residents in January 2025, more than double the 2011 figure. Average asking prices in 2026 are around 3,865 euros per square metre, from 2,980 in Campo de Mijas to 4,483 in the Calaburra and Chaparral stretch. Málaga airport is 30 km and about 25 minutes, the closest of any area we work.
