Within it, the Pueblo section was built between 1974 and 1992 by developer Bill Genske with architect Donald Grey as an Andalucian village-style development: terraced houses with patios, wrought-iron windows and clay-tile roofs, arranged along narrow streets rather than as standalone villa plots. Elsewhere in the estate, larger individual villa plots with subtropical gardens make up a separate part of the development, distinct in style and layout from the Pueblo houses.
Today the estate is a mix of these two property types — Pueblo village houses and larger detached villas — inside a single gated perimeter with 24-hour security, a short walk or drive from the Golden Mile's restaurants and from Puente Romano.
