The Golden Mile is the 6-kilometre coastal strip connecting Puerto Banús to Marbella old town, lined with the Costa del Sol's most celebrated hotels, beach clubs and residential estates. Marbella Club Hotel, Puente Romano Beach Resort and a string of luxury beach clubs define the character of this boulevard.

Residential properties range from beachfront apartments to hillside mega-villas, with some of Spain's highest per-square-metre prices. The promenade runs the full length, connecting beach clubs, restaurants and hotels on foot.
