The homes range from 1,084 to 1,789 m2 built on plots of just over 3,000 m2, each with six bedrooms over three floors and a basement level with garage and service rooms. Living areas are open plan and full-height windows pull the forest into the house; every villa has a lift, a fireplace in the living room and its own water-mirror pool with salt electrolysis. Stonehaven, the largest of the four, adds an indoor pool, sauna and steam room.
