The homes are arranged over four low-rise blocks of four floors, with 2, 3 and 4-bedroom layouts. Ground floors, middle floors and penthouses share the same approach: open-plan living areas that connect to fully equipped kitchens with quartz worktops, master bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, and generous terraces reached from both the living room and the bedrooms. All apartments face south, and many enjoy open views towards the sea and the park. Large-format porcelain flooring runs from the interior out onto the terraces, blinds in the living room and master bedroom are motorised, and wardrobes come fitted as standard.
The communal areas are planted with native species and centre on a salt-water swimming pool. A fully equipped gym and a spa complete the shared facilities, and each home includes underground parking and a storage room. The complex is gated and has lifts adapted for reduced mobility.

Day to day, the setting works on foot: the blue-flag beaches and the Paseo Marítimo are a ten-minute walk, and Estepona's old town, with its squares and restaurants, lies just beyond the port. Several golf courses sit within a five-minute drive, Puerto Banús is a quarter of an hour away and Málaga airport is around forty minutes by toll road. It is a residential setting rather than a beachfront one: the sea is a walk away, not a doorstep.
