Seghers is a popular beachfront neighbourhood on the western edge of Estepona town, sitting between the marina and the main coastal road. Its position gives residents the best of both worlds: sandy beaches on one side and the restaurants, bars and shops of the port district on the other.
The area is primarily residential, with a mix of low-rise apartment complexes and some townhouse developments. Seghers beach is wide and well-maintained, with a chiringuito culture that thrives from spring through autumn. The Senda Litoral coastal path passes right through, connecting Seghers to the port and beyond.

Seghers has the best of Estepona's beaches on its doorstep. El Cristo, the 680 metre cove between Seghers and the port, is the most reviewed beach in town on Google, 4.3 from 5,884 reviews, has lifeguards from 15 June to 15 September and the calmest water for children; Playa de Seghers runs west from it.
