Estepona East, Estepona
Designed by Maíz & Díaz Arquitectos, the project introduces a contemporary concept of single-family homes that adapts organically to the topography of the site. The architecture has been carefully conceived to maximise views, natural light, orientation and privacy, creating residences that feel both spacious and intimately connected to their surroundings.
The development comprises 14 luxury four-bedroom, four-bathroom homes distributed across four levels, including basement, ground floor, first floor and solarium. Every residence benefits from underground parking for two vehicles, private gardens, expansive terraces, generous solariums and versatile basement areas that can be adapted to individual lifestyles and requirements.
The interiors have been designed around openness and natural light. Open-plan living areas integrate seamlessly with the outdoor spaces, creating homes that are equally suited to everyday family living and entertaining. Large picture windows flood the interiors with sunlight, while the solariums provide exceptional outdoor areas from which to enjoy the Mediterranean climate throughout the year.
Communal facilities have been conceived in the style of a boutique resort. Residents enjoy a fully equipped gym, spa facilities and an outdoor swimming pool, complemented by beautifully landscaped communal areas that reinforce the sense of privacy and wellbeing throughout the development.
Location is one of the project's defining advantages. Puerto Banús and Marbella are only a short drive away, while beaches, beach clubs, restaurants, shopping areas and international services are all within easy reach. Casasola-Atalaya Beach can be reached in approximately five minutes by car, Marbella in around twenty minutes and both Málaga and Gibraltar airports in under fifty minutes.
Construction commenced in May 2024 and completion is anticipated during the fourth quarter of 2026, with the First Occupation Licence currently estimated for the second quarter of 2027.
The official payment structure consists of a €10,000 reservation deposit, followed by 40% plus VAT thirty days after signing the reservation contract and the remaining 60% plus VAT upon completion and handover.

Estepona East, Estepona
Estepona is one of the fastest-changing towns on the Costa del Sol. Once a quiet fishing village, it has reinvented itself as a vibrant coastal destination without losing its Andalusian soul. The casco antiguo is now famous for its flower-lined streets, colourful murals and independent boutiques, while the New Golden Mile stretching east towards Marbella has attracted world-class resort developments, five-star hotels and championship golf courses.
The municipality covers a remarkably diverse territory. From beachfront urbanisations such as Bahía Dorada and El Velerín to hillside country estates in La Gaspara and the Río Padrón valley, buyers can choose between lock-and-leave apartments, contemporary villas on golf courses and traditional fincas surrounded by cork oaks. A new coastal promenade, a revamped marina district and ongoing pedestrianisation of the old town keep pushing quality of life higher every year.
Golf is a major draw. Estepona Golf, Valle Romano Golf and nearby Atalaya and Finca Cortesín put championship play within minutes of most neighbourhoods. The coast itself offers long sandy beaches, water sports and a string of chiringuitos that come alive from spring to autumn.
