The project, by Maíz & Díaz Arquitectos, adapts to the plot's topography to make the most of orientation and light. Each residence includes underground parking for two cars, a private garden, terraces and a multipurpose basement that suits very different uses from one family to another.
The communal facilities follow the idea of a boutique resort: a gym, a spa, an outdoor pool and landscaped areas.
El Campanario, El Paraíso, Atalaya and Guadalmina put golf all around; Casasola-Atalaya beach is about five minutes by car, Marbella around twenty, and Málaga and Gibraltar airports under fifty.
Construction commenced in May 2024 and completion is anticipated during the fourth quarter of 2026, with the First Occupation Licence currently estimated for the second quarter of 2027.
The official payment structure consists of a €10,000 reservation deposit, followed by 40% plus VAT thirty days after signing the reservation contract and the remaining 60% plus VAT upon completion and handover.
A basement for whatever is needed and a solarium for everything else: here the home grows upwards and every floor has its job.
