Marea

Marea brings together contemporary Mediterranean architecture, interiors by Missoni and an exceptional elevated setting in the Finca Cortesin area of Casares. Its hillside position opens the residences towards a 270-degree panorama extending from Marbella across the Mediterranean to Gibraltar and the mountains of Morocco, with the golf course forming part of the surrounding landscape.

The development offers 2, 3 and 4-bedroom residences, with generous proportions ranging from approximately 147 m² to 382 m². Three-metre floor-to-ceiling heights, extensive glazing and large terraces create bright, open interiors, while selected residences extend into cascading private gardens that follow the natural contours of the hillside.

A defining element of Marea is its interior concept by Missoni, bringing the Italian fashion house's distinctive approach to colour, pattern and texture into the residences. Natural materials, refined finishes and carefully considered details give the interiors a more expressive identity while maintaining a contemporary Mediterranean character.

The specification reflects the project's luxury positioning, with large-format porcelain surfaces, natural stone and wood detailing, fully equipped kitchens and fitted wardrobes. Comfort is supported by individual heating and cooling in every room, water-based underfloor heating throughout the bedrooms, bathrooms, living and dining areas, dimmable LED lighting and high-performance double glazing with thermal and solar protection.

The private gated community provides 24-hour premium security and concierge service, together with an infinity pool overlooking the coast, landscaped gardens, gym, tennis courts, observation deck and dedicated children's pools and play areas. Every residence includes a storage room, with one underground parking space for 2-bedroom homes and two spaces for 3 and 4-bedroom residences.

Despite its private hillside setting, Marea remains well connected to the western Costa del Sol. The beach is approximately 5 minutes away, Estepona 15 minutes, Marbella and Sotogrande around 20 minutes, Gibraltar Airport 45 minutes and Málaga Airport approximately 50 minutes.

Marea is currently under construction. Phase 1 was delivered in 2024, while Plots C and D are scheduled for completion in December 2028.

Payment Structure: €20,000 reservation → 30% immediate down payment → 20% 12 months from booking → 50% on completion. 10% VAT applies to each instalment.
