NAYA RESIDENCES is a gated development of 88 two and three-bedroom apartments, duplexes and penthouses located between Atalaya and El Paraíso, surrounded by established residential areas and golf courses.

Completion is scheduled for the third quarter of 2028. The payment structure consists of a €10,000 reservation, 30% upon signing the Private Purchase Contract, 10% during construction and 60% upon completion. VAT and other purchase costs are payable separately.
