The development is being released in two phases. The first phase (Plots 7 and 8), currently under construction, comprises 57 apartments with 2, 3 and 4 bedrooms. The second phase (Plot 5) comprises 27 apartments with 2 and 3 bedrooms, including penthouses with large solariums and some units with sea views. Both phases share the same communal areas and resort facilities.
The homes offer 2, 3 and 4-bedroom layouts, with oversized windows and substantial terraces extending the main living areas outside. Ground-floor properties add private gardens, while the larger penthouses include extensive solariums. Each apartment also comes with two underground parking spaces and a storage room, an especially practical detail for owners planning longer stays or year-round living.

The development is currently under construction, with completion and key delivery of the first phase expected in Q3 2027.
Payment Structure
Payment terms consist of a €10,000 reservation, 30% + VAT upon signing the private purchase contract, 20% + VAT six months after signing, and the remaining 50% + VAT upon key delivery. Payments are made to the builder's designated account and are protected by guarantees.
