The project comprises 16 homes with 2 and 3-bedroom layouts. Rather than following a single format throughout, the different levels offer distinct ways of using the outdoor space. Ground-floor homes extend into private gardens, while the penthouses feature substantial terraces of up to 200 m² with private swimming pools.
The interiors are designed around open living and kitchen areas with a direct connection to the terraces.
