LOOA is a boutique development of 22 homes in Zona Calvario, a residential area close to central Estepona.

The payment structure consists of an €11,000 reservation, including VAT, followed by 20% upon signing the Private Purchase Contract, 10% during construction and 70% upon completion. VAT and other purchase costs are payable separately, except for the VAT already included in the reservation.
