Roughly 20,000 m2 of protected forest surrounds El Bosque, giving this Golden Mile villa a degree of privacy rarely found this close to the centre of Marbella. Las Lomas del Marbella Club, developed from the early 1970s opposite the Puente Romano hotel, is one of the area's oldest and most established estates.
The house itself totals 712 m2 built on a 1,811 m2 plot, with six bedrooms, seven bathrooms and two guest toilets, arranged for both family living and entertaining. A separate apartment gives guests or staff their own space away from the main bedrooms. The basement holds a cinema room, a wine cellar, a games room, a gym and an office, so the house carries its own entertainment without leaving the plot.
Outside, landscaped gardens wrap a heated saltwater pool, and the chiringuito functions as a full outdoor room, with an equipped kitchen, barbecue, sound system and a covered seating area usable through most of the year. Terraces add 133 m2, and the outlook takes in sea, mountains and countryside. A carport covers secure parking, and the house runs on underfloor heating, air conditioning, double glazing, home automation and solar panels, with an alarm, security entrance, cameras and video entry.
Running costs on record: IBI of 5,880 EUR and rubbish collection of 278 EUR a year. Puente Romano, the beach and well-regarded schools are all minutes away.
The forest buffer is the real reason to pay this price; plots this size with this much greenery, this close to the centre, do not come up often, and that scarcity matters more than any single room in the house.

Las Lomas del Marbella Club, Marbella Golden Mile
The Golden Mile is the stretch of coast between the western edge of Marbella's old town and Puerto Banús, about six kilometres along the Bulevar Príncipe Alfonso von Hohenlohe, with the beach on one side and the foothills of La Concha on the other. It got its name from the hotels and villas built along it after the Marbella Club opened in 1954, and the name has stuck to both sides of the road: the beachfront estates and the hillside urbanisations above them are all "Golden Mile" to an estate agent.
It is the most expensive address in southern Spain. Asking prices here are close to 7,000 euros per square metre on average in 2026, the highest in Marbella, and the best beachfront apartments and hillside villas trade well above that. Our own listings on the Golden Mile are mostly villas in Rocío de Nagüeles, Sierra Blanca and Cascada de…
