La Quinta is one of Benahavís's most established and family-friendly residential communities, built around the La Quinta Golf & Country Club and framed by the dramatic silhouette of La Concha mountain. The area sits at a comfortable elevation between the coast and the higher mountain estates, delivering excellent views, a genuine sense of community and easy access to schools, shops and beaches.
The development offers a mix of property types uncommon in Benahavís: from affordable apartments and townhouses within the golf resort to large detached villas on the surrounding hillsides. This range has created a diverse, year-round population rather than the purely seasonal occupancy seen in some of the more exclusive estates.
Prices start around €250K for a two-bedroom apartment with golf views, rising through €600K for townhouses and €1.5M to €5M for detached villas with panoramic sea and mountain views. La Quinta's combination of community atmosphere, golf lifestyle and competitive pricing makes it one of the most popular entry points into Benahavís living.
La Quinta in 2026
La Quinta has the widest spread of stock in Benahavís, which is why it suits more buyers than the estates above it. At the time of writing (October 2026) we have 21 listings tagged to La Quinta: apartments from about 549,000 euros, a townhouse, a duplex and penthouses in the middle, a plot at about 4.15 million and villas up to about 21.95 million, on our Benahavís property page. New build inside the golf is Tiara, from about 1.55 million, with the other Benahavís projects on our Benahavís new developments page. The 27 holes by Manuel Piñero are booked through the Westin, about 95 to 120 euros a round depending on the season, and next door the El Lago Club at Real de la Quinta opened in July 2026 with a six hole executive course, also by Piñero, a 3.5 hectare lake with a sand beach, tennis and padel, and membership capped at 450, in our golf courses guide and our Real de la Quinta post.
