ALURA LIVING

ALURA LIVING is a new residential development of 99 two- and three-bedroom apartments and penthouses in Doña Julia, Casares Costa. Designed by Villarroel architecture studio, the project combines contemporary architecture, south and southwest orientations and open views towards the Mediterranean.

The development consists of 85 apartments and 14 penthouses. Ground-floor homes include private gardens, apartments benefit from spacious terraces and penthouses offer private rooftop solariums. The outdoor spaces range from approximately 26 m² to 166 m², depending on the property.

Inside, the kitchen, dining and living areas are arranged as an open-plan space connected directly to the terrace through large windows. The Italian-style kitchens come fully fitted with Bosch appliances or equivalent, while the principal bedrooms include an open dressing area. Built-in wardrobes, double glazing and non-slip porcelain flooring on the terraces are also included.

Residents will have access to two outdoor swimming pools, one for adults and another for children, surrounded by landscaped gardens and a chill-out area with barbecue facilities. The community also includes a fully equipped indoor gym, outdoor calisthenics circuit, traditional sauna, hammam and golf simulator.

A furnished living area with an integrated kitchen provides a flexible space for coworking, informal meetings or private gatherings. Bicycle parking is also included within the gated development.

The homes feature ducted air conditioning, heat-pump production for domestic hot water and thermal and acoustic insulation. Each property includes underground parking and a storage room, with the option to install an electric-vehicle charging point.

Buyers can personalise selected finishes and add optional features such as bathroom underfloor heating, porcelain flooring, an outdoor kitchen with barbecue for penthouses or a mini-pool for selected penthouses and ground-floor homes. These upgrades are not included in the standard purchase price and remain subject to availability and the stage of construction.

ALURA LIVING is approximately five minutes from the beach, three minutes from Finca Cortesín, ten minutes from Estepona and twenty-one minutes from Sotogrande. Marbella is around thirty-five minutes away, while Gibraltar and Málaga airports can be reached in approximately forty and sixty minutes respectively.

Construction is underway, with estimated completion in the fourth quarter of 2027. The delivery date should be confirmed for the selected phase and property.

Casares Costa continues to offer more space and lower building density than many areas further east along the coast. The setting works particularly well for buyers who value sea views, golf and quieter surroundings, although a car will be useful for everyday services and travelling along the coast.
