Inspired by the traditional white villages of Andalusia, the architecture blends naturally into its surroundings through elegant white façades, contemporary lines and a charming central courtyard that brings natural light and tranquillity to the heart of the development. Rather than creating a conventional apartment complex, the project has been carefully designed to become part of Benahavís itself.
The development offers a carefully selected collection of one, two and three-bedroom apartments, each with practical layouts, generous natural light and private terraces that extend the living areas outdoors. Benahavís est la capitale gastronomique de la Costa del Sol et l'une de ses communes intérieures les plus exclusives. Nichée dans les contreforts de la Serranía de Ronda, à seulement 7 km de la côte, le village lui-même est un ensemble de maisons blanches et de restaurants perchés au-dessus des gorges du Río Guadalmina. Mais la commune s'étend bien au-delà du village, englobant certaines des résidences fermées et des domaines de golf les plus prestigieux de toute la côte espagnole.
The numbers tell the story: Benahavís covers 145 km² of mountainous terrain, making it one of the largest municipalities in Málaga province, yet its population hovers around 10,000. That ratio of space to people is precisely the point. Developments like La Zagaleta, El Madroñal and Monte Mayor were designed to offer privacy, security and uninterrupted views that coastal plots simply cannot match.
Golf is central to life here. The municipality sits at the western edge of what is often called the Golf Valley, with courses including Flamingos Golf, La Quinta Golf, Los Arqueros (a Severiano Ballesteros design) and the two private courses inside La Zagaleta. Add Villa Padierna, Monte Mayor Golf and El Paraíso, and you have more than a dozen courses within a 15-minute drive.
Property ranges from modern apartments near the coast in Flamingos and Paraíso Alto to sprawling hillside villas in Alquería and La Quinta, and reaches its pinnacle in the mega-estates of La Zagaleta, where prices can exceed €30 million. Despite the exclusivity of its residential zones, Benahavís village remains refreshingly unpretentious. More than 30 restaurants line its narrow streets, earning it the "dining room of the Costa del Sol" nickname.
