The project comprises 60 homes with 2 and 3-bedroom layouts and a notably varied choice of configurations. Ground-floor apartments extend into private gardens, first-floor homes have generous terraces, while duplexes and penthouses introduce larger outdoor areas and private solariums in selected properties. Every residence includes private parking and storage.
Inside, 2.70-metre ceilings and floor-to-ceiling windows give the living spaces a greater sense of height and openness. Kitchens and bathrooms are fully fitted, while the technical specification includes aerothermal hot water and climate control, hydraulic underfloor heating in the main living areas, electric underfloor heating in bathrooms, photovoltaic panels and provision for electric vehicle charging.
The communal areas are one of the project's defining features. Beyond the outdoor swimming pool and landscaped surroundings, residents will have an indoor pool, spa with sauna and hammam, ice bath, fully equipped gym, Pilates room, coworking space, cinema and games room, as well as an on-site restaurant. Almina Residences is currently under construction, with completion estimated for the second quarter of 2028. The delivery date established in the corresponding Private Purchase Contract will prevail.
Payment Structure: 3% reservation → 27% + 10% VAT on signing the Private Purchase Contract after 30 days → 20% + 10% VAT six months later → 50% + 10% VAT on completion. All payments are subject to 10% VAT.
