AUREA VILLAS is a collection of ten detached homes overlooking Estepona Golf, with views across the fairways towards the Mediterranean and Sierra Bermeja.

The setting is peaceful and surrounded by open landscape, approximately ten minutes by car from Estepona Marina and the historic centre. Beaches, schools, supermarkets and everyday services are also within easy driving distance.

Clean architectural lines, high ceilings and large windows create bright interiors connected to the terraces, private gardens and swimming pools. Completion is scheduled for Q4 2026. Payment consists of a €50,000 reservation, 30% plus VAT upon signing the Private Purchase Contract, 10% plus VAT 90 days later and 60% plus VAT upon completion. VAT and other purchase costs are payable separately.

The location is well suited to buyers looking for privacy, golf and open views, although a car will be necessary for the beach, town and most daily services. With only ten villas and considerable scope for personalisation, the project offers a less standardised alternative within Estepona’s new-build market.
