High ceilings, large windows and an open-plan layout connect the interiors with terraces, private gardens and pools. The Italian Arredo3 kitchen carries integrated Miele appliances and a BORA hob with built-in extraction.
The main suite occupies the upper floor, with a dressing room and a private terrace overlooking the golf course and the coast. Daikin Altherma climate control, underfloor heating, double glazing with solar protection and an electric charging point are included.
Buyers can add a customisable basement with proposals for guest bedrooms, a gym, a cinema room, a spa or a wine cellar; pool heating, a jacuzzi, extended home automation and a lift are offered as extras depending on the progress of the works.
