Phase II comprises 58 apartments and penthouses with 2, 3 and 4-bedroom layouts. The homes feature open-plan living areas and large panoramic windows designed to bring natural light into the interiors, while spacious terraces extend the main living areas outdoors. Depending on the position within the development, views extend towards the sea, mountains and surrounding gardens.
The specification includes large-format porcelain flooring, fitted wardrobes and fully equipped contemporary kitchens with Miele appliances or equivalent and porcelain worktops. Bathrooms incorporate Geberit sanitaryware and Gessi fittings or equivalent. Underfloor heating and an aerothermal system contribute to year-round comfort and energy efficiency.
