SIRA HOMES is a boutique residential development in Elviria offering 21 contemporary apartments designed around privacy, natural light and a close connection with the surrounding landscape.

Set across seven low-rise buildings, the development follows the natural contours of a Mediterranean woodland crossed by the Arroyo de la Víbora stream. Pine trees, native planting, illuminated pathways and landscaped walls create a quiet residential setting within Marbella East.

The collection includes two and three bedroom homes with independent entrances. Ground-floor apartments have front and rear gardens, terraces and private pools, while upper-floor residences include spacious terraces, rooftop solariums and private pools. One of the buildings contains a duplex penthouse with its own solarium.

Large windows connect the open-plan living, dining and kitchen areas with the outdoor spaces. Construction is underway, with completion estimated for Q2 2027. The First Occupation Licence is expected in Q4 2027.

The payment structure consists of a €10,000 reservation, followed by 30% plus VAT upon signing the private purchase contract within 30 days of reservation and the remaining 70% plus VAT upon completion. VAT and other purchase costs are payable separately.

The wooded hillside setting provides more privacy and a stronger connection with nature than developments closer to the coast, although a car will be useful for reaching the beach and everyday services.
