What is Aloha?
Aloha sits at the heart of the Nueva Andalucía Golf Valley, centred around the Aloha Golf Club. The neighbourhood offers a mix of villas, townhouses and apartments spread across hilly terrain with views to La Concha mountain and, from higher plots, the sea.
It is one of the more accessible parts of the Golf Valley in terms of pricing while still delivering the green, landscaped environment that defines this area. The Centro Plaza commercial centre provides daily shopping, dining and services.
Aloha urbanisation by urbanisation
Aloha is a name that covers a dozen complexes around the Aloha Golf course and Aloha College, and they are not all the same thing. Aloha Pueblo and Aloha Gardens are the older, village style apartment and townhouse complexes near the course, the easiest way into the address. Aloha Park and Aloha Royal are apartment complexes with gardens and pools on the slopes, and Aloha Hill Club and Aloha Lake sit higher with the valley view. Around them are the detached villas, on the streets off the course, which is where our larger listings are: at the time of writing (October 2026) villas with four to six bedrooms from about 1.3 million to just under 10 million euros, and an apartment inside the same range. The new project we offer here, Aloha Forest, twelve homes from about 1.15 million euros, is on our Marbella new developments page; resales on our Marbella property page. The valley around Aloha, Nueva Andalucía, Los Naranjos, Las Brisas and Haza del Conde, has its own guides.
Aloha in 2026
Golf is still the reason Aloha exists, and our guide to every golf course on the coast places the Aloha course against its neighbours. Prices in the Golf Valley track Marbella's average of around 6,075 euros per square metre, with Aloha below Las Brisas and above the Rodeo complexes, as our mid year outlook sets out. For buyers, transfer tax falls from 7 percent to 6.75 percent in 2027, and on a valley villa the licence history is the first thing to check, which our four checks cover.
