Los Naranjos takes its name from the Los Naranjos Golf Club, another of the three headline courses in the Nueva Andalucía Golf Valley. The neighbourhood fans out around the fairways, offering a mix of villas, townhouses and modern apartment complexes.
It is well positioned between the Aloha area and the upper reaches of Nueva Andalucía, with easy access to Centro Plaza for shopping and Puerto Banús for dining and nightlife.
Los Naranjos in 2026
The club is still the reason to buy here, and its 2026 prices are public: memberships from 3,360 euros a year for the Bronze tier with 40 rounds to 4,568 for Gold with unlimited padel, with the course in the championship you can book group of our golf courses guide. At the time of writing (October 2026) we have four homes tagged to Los Naranjos and its sub estates: a two bedroom apartment at about 890,000 euros, a five bedroom villa at about 3.8 million, a four bedroom at Los Naranjos Hill Club at about 3.5 million and a six bedroom at Los Naranjos Golf at about 4.97 million, on our Marbella property page. New build in the valley is Aloha Forest from about 1.15 million and Avenue Marbella from about 5.8 million, on our Marbella new developments page. Padel is now a near requirement for the northern European buyers who dominate the valley, which is why Gold membership here includes it, in our padel post. Marbella's prices rose more than 20 percent year on year in the first quarter of 2026 according to Tinsa, in our Marbella market post. The neighbours have their own guides: Nueva Andalucía for the whole valley, Las Brisas and Aloha alongside, Haza del Conde on the eastern edge, La Quinta up the road, Puerto Banús below, and the town in our Marbella guide.
