Casasola BEACHFRONT SERENITY BETWEEN ESTEPONA AND SAN PEDRO

What is Casasola?

Casasola occupies a privileged stretch of coastline on the western edge of the New Golden Mile, straddling the border between the municipalities of Estepona and Marbella. Sitting between the Velerín river to the west and the Arroyo de las Cañas to the east, this low-density residential enclave is defined by its direct beach access, mature gardens and a sense of unhurried sophistication that sets it apart from busier pockets of the coast. The area is almost exclusively residential, with no high-rise developments — just a collection of detached villas on generous plots, a handful of quality apartment complexes such as Cabo Bermejo and Bahía de Casasola, and some newer boutique developments. The result is a neighbourhood that feels private without being gated, and connected without being crowded.

Casasola's geography gives it a dual advantage: the beach is literally at the doorstep of most properties, while the A-7 coast road provides fast links to San Pedro de Alcántara in five minutes and Estepona town in ten. Puerto Banús is a short drive east, and Marbella centre is reachable in around fifteen minutes. For golfers, Real Club de Golf Guadalmina sits just across the municipal boundary, barely three minutes away. The Senda Litoral coastal path runs through the area, making it possible to walk or cycle along the seafront toward either San Pedro or Estepona. Despite its tranquillity, Casasola is far from isolated: Mercadona and other shops along the N-340 service road are within a two-minute drive, and a growing selection of restaurants — from relaxed chiringuitos on the sand to more polished dining rooms — are concentrated along the beachfront and the parallel access road.
