Haza del Conde is a small enclave of detached villas on the eastern edge of Nueva Andalucía, between Los Naranjos golf course and the road up to La Quinta, a few minutes above Puerto Banús. The plots are among the largest in Nueva Andalucía, often 2,000 m² and more, and that is why the houses are being bought and rebuilt one by one: a flat plot of that size this close to Banús is rare.
We list villas here occasionally, usually rebuilt or fully renovated, and they sit in the low to mid single digit millions. When one comes up it tends to sell to someone who already knows the street.
Haza del Conde in 2026
At the time of writing (October 2026) we have one villa tagged to Haza del Conde, a five bedroom house at about 4.3 million euros, on our Marbella property page. Stock here is always one or two houses because there are only a few dozen plots and they are bought to rebuild. New build in the valley is Aloha Forest from about 1.15 million and Avenue Marbella from about 5.8 million, on our Marbella new developments page. The club at the end of the street, Los Naranjos, sells 2026 memberships from 3,360 euros a year to 4,568 for Gold with unlimited padel, and La Quinta's 27 holes are four minutes up the road, in our golf courses guide. Above La Quinta, the El Lago Club at Real de la Quinta opened in July 2026, in our Real de la Quinta post. Marbella's prices rose more than 20 percent year on year in the first quarter of 2026 according to Tinsa, in our Marbella market post, and flat plots of 2,000 square metres this close to Puerto Banús are what that number is made of.
