What is Linda Vista?
Linda Vista is the residential grid between San Pedro de Alcántara's town centre and the Guadalmina river, split by the old coast road into Linda Vista Baja, on the beach side, and Linda Vista Alta above it. Baja is the part we sell: flat streets of detached family villas, a few minutes on foot from the beach and the San Pedro promenade, and ten minutes from Puerto Banús. It is one of the few places on this coast where a house with a garden sits within walking distance of a real town.
The houses range from older villas on 800 to 1,500 m² plots to rebuilt contemporary homes. Our listings here are typically rebuilt villas priced in the low to mid single digit millions.
Linda Vista in 2026
At the time of writing (October 2026) we have one villa tagged to Linda Vista Baja, a six bedroom house at about 6 million euros, on our San Pedro de Alcántara property page. New build on the San Pedro beach side is at Cortijo Blanco next door, Beseven at about 4.3 million and Sotomar by the Sea from about 4.7 million, and in Nueva Alcántara, Alcántara del Mar from about 617,000 and Salvia II from about 945,000, all on our Marbella new developments page. The beach side improved this year: Marbella finished the Senda Litoral link between the San Pedro promenade and Puerto Banús, so from Linda Vista you can walk the seafront to the port, in our coastal path post. Real Club de Golf Guadalmina is three minutes away, a members' club with two courses and more than 2,000 members of 17 nationalities, in our golf courses guide. Marbella's prices rose more than 20 percent year on year in the first quarter of 2026 according to Tinsa, in our Marbella market post. The neighbours have their own guides: San Pedro de Alcántara across the road, Nueva Alcántara to the east, Guadalmina Baja and Guadalmina Alta across the river, Puerto Banús along the beach, and the town in our Marbella guide.
