What is Elviria?

Elviria is a large, well-established residential area on Marbella's eastern coast, known for its natural dune beaches, international schools and the famous Nikki Beach club. The area extends from the coast road up into the hills, offering everything from beachfront apartments to hillside villas.

Two of the Costa del Sol's top international schools, Swans and the English International College, are based here, making Elviria a magnet for families with school-age children. The Elviria commercial centre provides local shops and restaurants.
